Reflect on incivility you have encountered and incivility you may be expressing in your own communication.
In a carefully crafted initial post, share your analysis of this week’s course materials and share your reflections. Be sure to synthesize information from the readings and other course materials. Describe the ways in which written communication helps or hinders daily activities. Provide specific examples of incivility, ambiguity, or other instances of poor communication that have impacted your academic, professional, public, or private life. Be sure to integrate information from the course materials and cite your sources accurately. You are invited to supplement your written post with relevant audio, video, or images.
